Semi Auto Hot Crimping Machine: Hot Crimping Machines are offered for joining leads to field coils. The leads are of
flexible PVC copper wire where as the winding wires are solid copper enamelled wires, the joining lugs are formed in the machine itself.
Hot Brazing Machines: Hot Brazing Machines are offered where the conductors are of very high cross section. Normally these cannot be hot crimped as in above two processes. The brazing method is used for such jobs. The strip type conductors are generally used in auto starter armatures such armatures are brazed on these machines, strip type field coils; high section copper
conductors in transformer industries use such machines.
