Product Profile of Hydraulically Operated Dock Leveller
Hydraulically Operated Dock Leveller is designed to travel at a distance of 300 mm above and 250 mm below at horizontal level. The Dock Leveller is self supporting equipment provided with platform of size 2150 X 1800mm, 2150mm X 2100mm, 2750mm X 1800mm or 2750mm X 2100mm. Hydraulically Operated Dock Leveller is manufactured by Usha Hydraulics.

- Hinged type equipment which can be mounted at entry point flush with elevated workshop floor
- Can be hydraulically adjusted to form a dock with LCV, Trucks etc. to facilitate quick and efficient loading/unloading
- A pit is made in loading Dock in which Dock leveller fits.
- Various loading capacities from 3 tons to 20 tons are available.
- The lifting operation is by Single or Double circuit 415 V AC Hydraulic power pack fitted inside the leveller.
- The controls are by Up/Down push button Pendant.
