Magnets India provides the incremental and absolute linear scales
manufactured by Lenord and Bauer Germany. The incremental
and absolute length measuring systems are based on the magnetic measuring principle. Whereas the incremental systems work by scanning a tooth structure along a round bar, the determination of absolute position is based on the measurement of the run time. For both systems, the measurement is effected wear- free with the help of non-contact position magnets. The incremental
linear scale has a measuring length range of 500-2,500 mm and the
absolute linear scale can measure from 25 mm to 7,600 mm. The
protection class is IP65 and IP66 respectively.
