Induction Motor Operated Industrial Hoist is designed with adjustable self re-setting, automatic, electro magnetic disc or shoe type brakes. The Industrial Hoist is provided with un-galvanised extra flexible wire rope of 6/37 construction of breaking strength of 160/175 Kg and helical gears. The Industrial Hoist comes with seamless steel pipe or fabricated steel plates, rope drums etc. which revolves on heavy duty self aligning roller bearings. Key Features of Induction Motor Operated Industrial Hoist
- Provided with frames which are fabricated from steel plates & sections of very robust construction machined & bolted.
- Drum from seamless steel pipe or fabricated steel plates revolve on heavy duty self aligning roller bearings.
- Helical Gears are accurately cut by generating process on gear Hobbing and gear shaping machines from EN-24/SAE 8620 and gears from medium carbon steels.
- Un galvanised extra flexible wire rope of 6/37 construction of breaking strength of 160/175 Kg is provided.
- Hoist duty, Squirrel cage. Induction motors are required for operation.
- Adjustable self re-setting, automatic, electro magnetic disc or shoe type brakes of minimum for que capacity of 150% of hoist motor torque of 125% of cross travel motor torque are equipped for respective motor.
