Industrial Grade Pan Mixer is used to manufacture tiles by pouring the slump concrete into rubber moulds. The Pan Mixer is condensed using vibro forming tables and then these moulds with wet concrete are kept over flat plate in order to gain initial strengthening. The Pan Mixer helps in applying polyurethane or varnish coating on the tiles to ensure their wear resistance. Industrial Grade Pan Mixer produces rubber moulds that can be used for about 300-500 times after washing.
