Industrial Purpose Air Curtain has the feature of low noise level, sufficient airflow and minimal turbulence. The Curtain is designed for use above entry doors as well as industrial doors with heights up to 18 feet. The Curtain can be designed to prevent the loss of cool or conditioned air and the entry of hot contaminated air. The Curtain can be used to prevent warm air infiltration in cold shops and doors less reach-in refrigerated cases and to keep out fumed, dust and insects, maintaining a clean environment. The Curtain reduces energy consumption especially when there is a substantial temperature difference between inside and outside air. The Curtain finds application in pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, cold storage, shops and hotels, areas with high humidity environment, textiles, and hazardous area with flame proof motors, petrochemicals, breweries, ships and biotech. The Curtain has space in front of the door of 15: and 17". The Curtain is offered with 6/ to 8 base metal plates with rubber padded bushings and screws of 5?/32? size are required to mount these plates on to the support. The Curtain requires a three phases or single phase power supply connection within one meter of installation site. The Curtain has mild steel, galvanised iron and stainless steel powder coated casing for corrosion free life and has computer designed scroll with one piece plenum. The Industrial Purpose Air Curtain is available in sizes from 2 to 5 ft, has motor of 1440 rpm, o.2 HP/ 0.3 HP/ 0.75 HP, three phases/ single phase, continuous rating and class "F" insulation.
