Product Profile of Inflatable Gaskets
AMI Polymer supplies FBD inflatable gaskets in various modes. This gasket functions like a cycle tube. When inflated, it seals the bowl and ensures proper sealing. The gaskets are made of food/pharmaceutical grade white Neoprene rubber. Specifications of the inflatable gasket: the gasket is inflated by 19 mm when 2 kg pressure is applied. There are basically three gaskets in fluid bed dryers: PC-top bowl sealing gasket - 40 mm x 22 mm; PC bottom sealing gasket - 40 mm x 22 mm; and filter press bag sealing gasket - 50 mm x 20 mm. Customizable options: Apart from standard sizes, gaskets can be supplied as per customer specifications, and/or as per old gasket type, make and model number.
