Asia Automation has introduced Omniplast, a CNC for control of plastic injection moulding machines. Omniplast provides programming and display of all injection moulding parameters and moulding sequence through an industrial standard operator panel. Omniplast CNC provides a programmable injection moulding CNC with consistency and precise control of parameters. All the parameters for a job can be encoded through a keyboard and recalled as required. This means that material quantity, pressure, temperature inject feed, dwell are all precisely controlled resulting in a perfect job every time. The plasticised material characteristics, speed, heating and cooling needs of the cycle are best achieved for superior quality.
