Super Group now introduces "Italian Marble Chequered Tiles", the paving tiles Europe walks on. With the conventional manufacturing system, the size was limited to 30cm x 30cm. Now with the installation of IMPORTED FULLY AUTOMATIC ROTARY MULTI STATION PRESS from Italy, that can offer paving tile size up to 40cm x 40cm and thickness as high as 35mm.
With this STATE-OF-THE ART manufacturing process we ensure uniform thickness of top-layer due to VIBRO-COMPACTION which also eliminates air-bubbles and voids, thus providing a smooth surface without pin-holes. With a casting pressure of 300 tons, very high compressive strength is imparted to tiles which results in high transverse strength and surface abrasion resistance, and very low water-absorption properties.
These have sturdy, rock-like looks and are available in various colours and designs. These tiles are suitable for any external heavy-duty non-skid application.
