Product Profile of Jams
Sri Venkateswara Food Processing Pvt. Ltd is the manufacturer and supplier of Jams. The products of Sri Venkateswara Food Processing Pvt. Ltd have been licensed by the Ministry of Food Processing [Govt. of India]. Jams are made from fresh fruit, canned fruit or dried fruit pulp with water, sugar, dextrose, invert sugar or liquid glucose, either singly or in combination by boiling to a suitable consistency with or without citric, malic or ascorbic acid and pectin.
Jams include:
Fruit Content: Not less than 45 percent w/w
Total Soluble Solids: 69 percent, +/- 1 percent
Preservative: Benzoic acid not more than 200 ppm
Added Colour: Permitted colours
Incubation Test: No sign of fermentation
Organoleptic test: Retain flavour of original fruit; free from burnt or other objectionable flavours
Jams are available in 500gm glass bottles with pilfer- proof metal cap; and 12 bottles of 500gm in corrugated cartons.
