Sri Venkateswara Food Processing Pvt. Ltd offers Ketchups. The products of Sri Venkateswara Food Processing Pvt. Ltd have been licensed by the Ministry of Food Processing [Govt. of India]. Ketchups are prepared from fresh tomato paste adding sugar, salt, acetic acid, [Onion, Garlic, and Spices] or condiments. The Ketchups are free from skin, seeds, heavy extraneous matter and rotten fragments.

Specifications:
  • Total Soluble Solids: 38 percent, +/- 1 percent
  • Acidity [as acetic acid]: 1.30 - 1.32 percent
  • Preservative: Benzoic acid not more than 750 ppm
  • Mould count: Not more than 40 percent of fields examined
  • Incubation Test: No sign of fermentation whenincubated at 37 degree C for 72 hours
  • Organoleptic Quality: Characteristic and free from burnt or other objectionable flavour


  • The Ketchups are available in 500gm/ 1000gm glass bottle with pilfer- proof crown cap; and 12 bottles of 500gm/1000gm in a corrugated carton.
