Ador Fontech Limited is engaged in supplying products & services to industries like Steel, Mining, Power plants, Railways, Road transport workshops, Sugar mills, Cement plants, Fertilizer & chemical plants, workshops, shipping industries etc. They manufacture Low Heat Input Welding Alloys. The LH-521 welding alloy, from Ador Fontech, is a Ni-Cr-Fe basic coated stick electrode. It has the following unique features:

  • The electrode gives soft stable arc on low currents.
  • Deposits are cold tough and have excellent resistance to scaling at high temperatures and corrosion resistance at both normal and elevated temperatures.
  • Also possesses good thermal shock resistance.
  • LH-521 has a UTS of 60kfg/sq.mm & Elongation of 35%.
  • The LH-521 has an alloy basis of Iron, Chromium, Manganese, Niobium & Nickel

  • Used for welding dissimilar metals such as carbon steels, stainless steels, nickel and nickel alloys to each other. For use on equipment and components made of pure nickel, for fabrication of corrosion resistant tanks and containers, heat exchangers, furnace components, boilers, fittings, etc.
