Lip Pouring Ladle

Lip pouring ladle from Ambica Projects Equipments is made of electric welded construction. There are guards to protect the trunion pads. Technical specifications: 1000 kg; shell dimensions - top dia 675 mm, bottom dia 675 mm; height - 700 mm; plate thickness - shell 6 mm, bottom 8 mm; and lining thickness - side 40 mm, bottom 50 mm, and top clearance 100 mm. With proper ration the planetary gearbox-tilting device ensures easy manual tilting of the ladle with metal. The advanced planetary gear sports provides prolonged life and up to 98% power efficiency. The flange detachable gearbox enables easy changeover in similar ladles. A planetary module comprises an internal toothed ring gear, set of three planets mounted on planet carrier and central sun gear. Ring gear is stationary but input is given to sun gear and reduced output is taken through planet gear. Uniform load distribution is possible for the design with floating sun gear. High tensile alloy steel are use to manufacture the gears. The teeth are designed specially and provide optimum balance between bending strength, contact stress and maximum durability rating based on dimensions of module. Planet carrier is made of carbon steel or high strength casting and provide maximum strength.
