The LPB/CNC Drill & fill Machine is a new concept in integrated, double-header production cell for household, industrial and personal care brushes. 5 Axis CNC control with AC servomotors on all movements
Windows NT based CNC control system with precise error messages
Automatic transfer from drilling to filling station
"Click on" brush holder tables available for a wide variety of brushes
Interchangeable between anchor and staple filling
Widely spaced horizontal fiber boxes for easy filling
Brushes remain in the same clamps for all operations
Trimming, cleaning, flagging may be split between two station for improved brush quality
