Product Profile of Magnets
Magnetics Corporation of India supplies suspension magnets. They are the most commonly used equipment to separate tramp iron particles from any type of moving product materials over a conveyor belt, vibratory feeder, chute, or falling trajectory. The suspension magnet is quite adequate when the presence of tramp iron is occasional. The types of suspension magnets are: Electromagnetic air-cooled and oil cooled.Usually oil cooled magnets are preferred for high power applications and permanent magnetic separators. Extracted tramp iron particles are to be cleaned manually. Alternately, the electro-magnetic separators may be moved away, sideways from the stream of material using a trolley, and the tramp iron material may be discharged to a chute by putting off the electromagnet.
