AJEX & TURNER WIRE DIES COMPANY manufactures measuring pins, in collaboration with TURNER & STOTT LTD., U.K. These pins are suitable to check the bores, center distances, groove dimensions, inspection of micrometers, gear measurements, etc. These pins are manufactured as per IS 11103:1984 /DIN 2269. These pins are made up o high quality alloy steel & are sub zero treated for dimensional stability. It includes various types like hardened, ground and lapped that are available in standard steps of 0.01, 0.02, 0.05 and 0.1 mm. Measuring pins include length up to 1.49 mm with 40 mm of diameter and above 1.50 mm with 50 mm of diameter. Measuring pins of 70 mm in length come with diameter ranging from 1.00 to 10.00 mm. Pins having diameter from 3 mm are marked with size. Loose pins or odd sizes come on request. Traceable calibration certificate to national/International standards is issued with each set and loose pins. Pin sets are supplied in attractive wooden casing.
