Microprocessor Based Air Shower Controller is used for removing surface particles from personnel prior to entering a clean room work area. The Air Shower Controller is a microprocessor based system which has full control on the equipment. The Air Shower Controller monitors door status [Open/ Close] through sensors, lock the doors and controls the blower also as per the customer requirements. Microprocessor Based Air Shower Controller is fitted with fluorescent light or HEPA filters which are capable of removing 99.99% of dust particles of 0.3 microns in size.
