Jaya Hind Sciaky has introduced Microprocessor Controls for welding purpose. The salient features of these microprocessor controllers are:
- Current and cycle time data entry through common function keys;
- LED display for each step of weld sequence;
- Several schedules to select welding programme for different jobs;
- selected schedule can be recalled instantly;
- Interface facility for robotic welding and welding automation;
- In-built monitoring system for welding current and time with provision for setting upper and lower limits;
- Visual signal is ON when welding current or time exceeds the set limits;
- Alarm and visual display for easy troubleshooting in case of SCR short, lack of current, lack of weld;
- Choice of secondary current feedback for constant current regulations or voltage compensation against input power supply variations; and
- Machine mounted or free standing control panel.
