Coatec India is the manufacturer of Mineralic Top Coating. Coatec India offers CED coating, Glide Coating Systems, and Dip Spin Coating machines. The Mineralic Top Coating is chrome -free water based, silicate, and reactive sealing additive. It improves the corrosion resistance and mechanical performance of Mineralic Top coatings. The coatings contain an internal lubricant allowing achieving different friction coefficients. The Mineralic Top Coating has excellent resistance to solvents, brake fluids and other chemicals used within an automobile.

It is free from hexavalent or other chromium and heavy metals salts.
The thickness of the coating is easily variable for differing requirements.
More than 240 hours salt sprays without white rust, more than 600 hours up to 2000 hours salt spray without base metal corrosion.
Treatment at 180 Degree C for 100 hours has no effecting corrosion resistance or appearance.
Controlled friction coefficient of 0.09 to 0.15, 0.10 to 0.16, and 0.12 to 0.18.
