The Mini Cut Off Machine are used for cutting ferrous metals with abrasive disc at 4000 R.P.M. or non-ferrous metals with carbide tipped 60-80 teeth saw blade at 4000 R.P.M. or non ferrous metals with high speed steel saw blade 125-140 teeth with coolant supply at 14 R.P.M. The Mini Cut off Machine is equipped with Simple and less time consuming quick action screw vice with quick one side mitre cutting a graduated scale arrangement. Cutting is carried out dry and is the fastest method. Abrasive disc is easily replaced by carbide tipped saw and by interchanging the pulleys, wood, non ferrous solids or sections, plastics or light alloys can be cut.
