Casino is specially designed to cater for the basic requirements of modern switch-cabinet wiring. A number of different Casino bus nodes for conventional field bus protocols and a wide range of Casino I/O modules are the key to a large number of cost-effective solutions for processing analog and digital signals. The modules are quick and simple to install - directly on the mount-ing rail without any tools. The bus nodes are expandable with any variety of I/O modules from the Casino series up to a total number of eight modules. Casino`s slim design and its high package density of 16, or even 32 I/O channels per module result in optimised space utilisation on the mounting rails. I/O signals are connected by means of spring-loaded terminals. This makes first-time installation very simple and timesaving. The terminals are also maintenance-free and assure reliable, durable, and safe connections. All modules are equipped with a continuous diagnostic system as standard.
