Monoblock Fully Automatic Gas Burner

Hi-Therm manufactures gas burner suitable for LPG and natural gas. The burners are fully automatic in operation and are available in On/Off [single stage] and Hi/Lo/On/Off [two stage] model depending upon the requirement. The 10,000 kcal/hr to 5 lakh kcal/hr. The burner has all the safety features like pre-purging facility, auto ignition, flame supervision, which works through a microprocessor-based sequence controller called Fire-Eye. The system can be operated under the command of a temperature controller. A fine working of temperature can also be achieved through the Hi/Lo models wherein a flame controller is used along with a two set point temperature controler to have low and high flames. For higher capacity models, a step less modulated burner is also available, which works on PID controller. The burners are best suited for powder coating and bakery ovens, travelling tube annealing oven, dryers, hot air/water generators, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, furnaces and allied heating system. The company also undertakes the conversion of electric/fuel fired equipments to gas automation, right from "concept to commissioning", ie, designing the gas system - LPG bank + piping, supply of gas burners and commissioning the system on the equipment.
