Product Profile of Motorised Potentiometers
Pavan Industries manufactures & introduces state-of-the-art-motorized potentiometers. The product is a suitable combination of electromechanical technology. It facilitates best use of complete electrical & mechanical angle of rotation of one or more precision multi turns potentiometers of 1,3 or 5 W, along with short size DC motor driven by electronic circuit with sensor to sense end positions or potentiometers & cut of the supply of motor. Which, in turn protect it from damage. Two basic models are accessible: MAP-103, fixed cycle time of 20sec, & VSMP-10 with self-dependent variable cycle time of 20 to 80sec to raise & lower operation. Auxiliary supply is 12 V DC, 24 V DC or 230 V AC or as needed. Potential free raise & lower switches are given on the front panel of the units. External connections given at the rear for remote operation provides the facility of using it from multiple places. One N/C & N/O, potentials free relay contact on each ends of the potentiometer activates upon extreme mechanical end of the pot. The whole assembly is hosed in 92mm X 92mm cutout panel mounting cabinet or wall mounting units, with depth of only 160mm.
