Product Profile of Multi-head Spot Welding Machine
Mechelonic Engineers has introduced a Multi-Head Spot Welding Machine for steel coil joining. It is useful in welding of the tail-end of steel coil to the leading edge of another coil in galvanizing, pickling, cleaning and other process lines. This machine has been designed to optimise production in process lines, and reduce the time lost during the changeover of coils. It can be offered for manual or semi-automatic operation or by incorporating a PLC control. Options available are: tail end shear, punch hole for weld identification, and hydraulic machine. User advantages are: ease of operation, ease of maintenance, minimal moving parts, and the weld-time reduced to 5-7 seconds.
