Product Profile of Multiple Liquid Dosing System
Miranda Automation provides multiple liquids dosing system. The system is able in handling multiple passive liquids used in food industry like HVO, butter, palmolien, lecithin, liquid glucose, sugar solution/ syrup, milk solution, etc. Each liquid is drawn in an accurate quantity into a pressure vessel mounted on the load cell as per recipe programmed on PLC from respective line on the manifold. The liquid mix is dosed into the desired mixer. Every batch maintains the accurate dosing and record of liquid RM used in the multiple liquid dosing system which provides ?100 gm accuracy over 70 kg. The system offers convenience in operations.
