Multiple Roller based Coater is designed as a five roller Coater that can coat boards of 150 GSM and above. The Coater operates at a speed range of 2500 - 3500 sheets per hour. The Coater can function with coating thickness ranging from 2.5g - 5g per sq. m by adjusting the pressure. The Multiple Roller based Coater is provided with 3 phase AC pump for pumping the varnish.
