The Banana Puree is prepared from organically grown Cavendish Banana variety, ripened under controlled atmospheric conditions. The preparation process includes washing, peeling, mashing of ripe fruit, de-stoning, refining and packing. Frozen pulp is pasteurized and deep-frozen in plate freezers. This process of preparation retains the natural flavour and aroma of the fruit. Organic Banana Puree is widely used for direct consumption or mixed with daily food, juices, nectars, drinks, jams, bakery fillings, etc. They are also consumed as banana yoghurt, banana ice cream, milk shakes are delicious desserts.

Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture.
