Product Profile of Phenolic No Bake Resin
Phenolic No Bake Resin is used in production of steel, alloy steels and sophisticated iron castings. The Resin is a nitrogen free phenolic resin, activated with acid catalyst. The Resin is recommended for use in thick section castings as it offers good hot strength, good scratch hardness at high temperature, resistant to metal penetration and mould dilation. The Phenolic No Bake Resin is a free flowing, transparent liquid, dark in colour with a light brown liquid catalyst.
