Pickle/ High Viscous Liquid Filling Machine is fitted with PLC controlled system and anti-drip system which helps in keeping the filling area clean. The Filling Machine fills all types of pickles, curry pastes, chawanprash and other high viscous liquids. The Liquid Filling Machine fills in a range varying from 100-1000gms with maximum accuracy. The Filling Machine utilises volumetric pneumatic-piston filling technology to ensure optimum functionality. The Filling Machine is fitted with overhead hopper filling pump with level controller. The Filling Machine comes with settling device which removes air gaps from the filled bottle. Pickle/ High Viscous Liquid Filling Machine is provided with special stirrer in the hopper.
