Product Profile of Plating/coating Thickness Testing System
Komal Agencies offers a range of plating/coating thickness testing systems. Model PTT-Direct works on eddy-current principle, using a non destructive method. The range covered is 0 to 100 and 250 microns, with an accuracy of +/- 5 percent and readability 0.1 microns. The minimum measuring area is 6 mm flat surface. Application is for lower conductivity coating on higher conductivity base: paint, varnish, Teflon, anodising, powder coating, insulating coating on copper, aluminium and brass. The system works on 230/110 V, 50/60 Hz AC single phase, dimensions are 21 x 28 x 9.5 cm, and weight 2.4 kg.
