Demech specializes in pneumatic handling systems for both ash and non-ash applications.
Ash Applications - Rotating Disc inlet and outlet valve with metal to metal sealing which ensures conveying of any material up to 4000 C without need of external cooling. Salient features are:

- High pressure conveying up to 1.5kms.
- High capacity conveying up to 200 TPH by tanden conveying
Non Ash Applications - Used for conveying materials up to 300 ml. Salient features are>
- Handle any type of materials including those that have a tendency to choke
- Capacity up to 40-50 tons
- Conveys with a low velocity therefore is less corrosive and abrasive.
