Product Profile of Pneumatic Valve Positioner
Flucon Automation offers Pneumatic valve positioner. The Flucon type FC-700 converts a controller output [usually 3 to 15 PSIg] to linear/rotary proportional travel/rotation and pneumatic outputs. This pneumatic positioner is based on a force balance design for control applications that requires a high degree of reliability and repeatability at an economical cost. Optional NEMA 4X [IP65] version allows for splashdown and outdoor installation. The type FC-700 is available in two different versions and two different ranges, viz, linear and rotary movement with ranges 3 to 9 and 9 to 15 PSIg control signal, when the split range is selected. Standard is 3 to 15 PSIg. These positioners can handle the supply pressure up to 150 PSIg for higher-pressure industrial pneumatic and process control system requirements. Features: suitable for linear/rotary actuators; field reversible - provides output which is inversely proportional to input signal; flexible actuator travel adjustments; standard process inputs; split ranging; NEMA 4X [IP 65] enclosure - optional; and electronic position indicator - optional.
