Tox Pressotechnik Pvt Ltd offers Pneumo-Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier. Tox Pressotechnik Pvt Ltd is accredited with ISO 9001:2008. In the working cylinder on the tongs requires hydraulic pressure of 250 bar or 470 bar depending on the unit. The simplest way to generate this hydraulic pressure is with a Pneumo-Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier, which boosts the compressed air pressure from 6 bar to the required hydraulic pressure. The tong controls are integrated in the intensifier unit.
The Pneumo-Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier is of two types:
Compact-Pressure Intensifier BES: For Handheld Tongs CMH 01.45 and CMH 02.30, TOX-Mini-Handheld Tongs CMH 03.45 and CMH 04.45 version 12. Available with pneumatic controls, including a pressure relief valve.
Rolling model PHA Tong-Pressure Intensifier: For Handheld Tongs TZ and CHH [250 bar] or for Mini-Handheld Tongs CMH 04.45 [470 bar]; version with 1- and 2-Hand controls with safety valve, in rolling or pedestal mounted models.
