Product Profile of Power Mosfets
Vishay Components manufactures 1.2V power MOSFETs under the brand name Vishay Siliconix TrenchFET. This power MOSFET are useful for turn-`on` voltage into alignment with 1.2V to 1.3V operating voltages of digital ICs for mobile electronics. The power MOSFETs devices can eliminate the need for an extra conversion stage in battery-operated systems with lower than 1.8V core voltage. The TrenchFETs power MOSFETs provides n-channel low 0.041 ohms `on`-resistance and low 0.095-ohm p-channel `on`-resistance at 1.2V gate drive.
