  • This simulator includes the pneumatic control components, which are extensively used in all industries.
  • The system allows study of component operation and connection to electrical control devices through the pressure /current transducers.
  • The unit consists of a pipeline on which a pneumatically operated control valve, Rotameter, Pressure Transducer, DPM, Pressure Tapping, Ball valve, Needle valve and Wheel valve are mounted.
  • The air is first stored in AUX Chamber and then circulated to chamber A/B and then flow discharges either directly to atmosphere or via an air tank to vary the Process Parameters".
  • The valve is operated form a current / pressure converter and transducer for flow and pressure.
  • The system is controlled by Auto-tuned PID controller as well as computer and the simulator can be interfaced with PCS-1000 Series Simulator.
  • A Supply of compressed air is required for both flow and control
