Pulveriser for Masterbatch/ PVC

Pulveriser for Masterbatch/ PVC is available in capacities from 30 kg/ hr to 500 kg/ hr and is suitable for different application, where ever a powder item is required. The Pulveriser is suitable for grinding varieties of granulated material including high and low density plastics like such as LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, RPVC, EVA, etc. The Pulveriser comes with optional attachment such as pneumatic hopper loader/ unloader cooling tower, plc, servo feeder system. The Pulveriser has disk size from 300 to 600 mm, main motor from 15 to 120 HP, LLDPE output from 60 to 500 kg/ hr, RPVC from 70 to 550 kg/ hr, masterbatch from 60 to 550 kg/ hr. The Pulveriser has the feature that auto tripping system is available in case of overload feeding and main motor ampere and feeding device are synchronized to avoid tripping of motor due to over feed. The Pulveriser has microprocessor based machine control panel with digital display and ensures uniform and smooth powder/ partical size. The Pulveriser has temperature indicator for monitoring and control and has cyclonic system for ease of cleaning with bag filter arrangement. The Pulveriser for Masterbatch/ PVC has efficient hopper magnet provided in hopper to detect the metallic parts from the polymer and has feeding hopper showing low level indicator.
