Developed as an energy efficient alternative to single and twin track pusher carburising furnaces the rotating hearth which supports the tray with the components facilitate optimum and light weight charge carrier design thereby saving expensive cast in trays as there is no pushing load on trays. There is appreciable increase in tray life too. The rotating hearth has different zones with option to maintain different cp values. The plant comes with full complement of Pre Wash Machines, Pre Heating Chamber, Main Carburizing Furnace, Oil Quench Chamber, Post Wash and Tempering Furnace Optional Slot Door for Press Quench Can Be Provided.
