Mojj Engineering Systems offers Rotary Dryers which are custom-built for reaching specific applications. They can be classified as direct or indirect, Co-current or counter current or vacuum based depending on feed/solvent characteristics. The unit consists of heating system, feeding systems, rotary shell complete with lifters, tyres, seals, girth gear & assembly, fines recovery unit, control panel wit microprocessor-based controls for temperature control. Mojj offers systems complete with cooling conveying and storage as required. These custom-built systems range from 5 TPD to 150 TPD.` Internals are designed for specific material properties ensuring uniform distribution of material over entire cross-section Seals are designed so as to have minimum air leakage and product loss. These systems are ideally suited for huge volume applications and uneven particle size distribution.
