The product is available in three models, Mini Rack Oven [Capacity to bake 216 loaves of 400 gms. each per hour]; Med Rack Oven [Capacity to bake 352 loaves of 400 gms. each per hour] and Sr. Rack Oven [Capacity to bake 576 loaves of 400 gms. each per hour].
