Industrial Devices Corporation [IDC] introduces the RG precision rotary table. This is suitable for a number of applications, including angular alignment for test and inspection; light/ intermittent duty indexing; part/ specimen/ sensor positioning; and analytical instruments. The tables can be modified to a variety of non-standard environments, including vacuum, clean room and high/ low temperatures, etc. RG tables are available in two accuracy grades and in sizes from 6 inches to 12 inches in diameter. They are worm driven with drive ratios from 45:1 to 180:1, and feature dual angular contact bearings and helicoil reinforced fixture holes. These rotary tables offer 360? continuous rotation with carriage rotational speed to 40 RPM, repeat- ability to 0.2 arc min. [bi-directional] and positional accuracy to 3 arc min. They offer load capacity to 200 lbs axial and 90 lbs radial, input torque to 500 oz-in, and input shaft speed to1800 RPM. Available options include NEMA 23 motor mounts, 0.25 inch motor shaft couplings and hall effect type home sensors.
