Apple Rubber Industries provides imported and Indian grade silicone / viton o-rings. These are manufactured from bio-pharmaceutical cured silicone. In the construction of tubing, hose or molded products only high purity cured silicone is used. These silicone products are processed to "ari 40", ari "50" , ari "65" formulation specifications. All processes starting from manufacturing, inspection to packing is performed in a class 1000 clean room environment are traceable.

The use of silicone in the production processes further ensure better stability through out a temperature range of -100 degree f to 450 degree f, with its material properties remaining uneffected.
ARI silicones are capable of multiple autoclaving.
