Salt Spray Testing Instrument performs an accelerated environmental corrosion test in which metal specimens are exposed either continuously or intermittently to a fine mist of salt-water solution to evaluate the resistance to corrosion of paints, coatings or electrical connections. The Instrument can test in a temperature of 35 deg centigrade or even up to 50 deg centigrade. The Testing Instrument is available in two different sizes like 915 mm X 510 mm X 310 mm and 450 mm X 250 mm X 250 mm. Salt Spray Testing Instrument consists of acrylic mist chamber, heater, temperature indicator and controller, time tantalizer, atomizing nozzle for mist formation and specimen supporter.
