N. K. Industries is the manufacturer and exporter of Pharma Machineries. N. K. Industries presents Screw Cap Sealing Machine. The filled bottles moving on conveyer belt are picked up by star wheel. The star wheel brings the bottle below the Cap delivery. In the mean time the bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit. The synchronized sealing head comes down on the temporarily stationary bottle where tightening operations performed. The sealing head moves upward and the sealed bottle are indexed out of the conveyer belt.
