Phoenix Contact supplies two new socket strips with front connection to supplement the standard range of Mini-Combicon plugs. Conductors and tools are now placed on the same side, allowing the installation and wiring of several strips in close succession. Both new 2 to 16-pin plugs only vary regarding the connection mode. The Front MC 1,5 version is made for screw connection and the FK-MCP 1,5 version is spring connected. The latter is set with an integrated test connection. Due to 3.81 mm pitch with a connection cross-section of 1.5 mm2, these plug components are particularly suitable for narrow device fronts, especially for MCR technology. It has current carrying capacity of 8 A at a rated voltage of 125 V. The plugs also come with an additional screw flange to guarantee vibration-resistant connection to the respective pin strips.
