Semi Automatic Cartoning Machine, HMPL SAC 60 includes the Carton Magazine [In feed device], which is the initial point for the machine, where the cartons are loaded and it will be picking up with the help of vacuum jaws continuously one bye one. Then they are positioned in the rotating wheel and move accordingly in the clockwise direction. There is a device, which closes the flaps at bottom side with the help of pneumatic cylinder. The products / bottles / strips will be feed manually in the cartons. This Semi Automatic Cartoning Machines have another device for Topside of the cartons closing with Pneumatic cylinder, which is closing the carton`s flaps on upper side to complete the carton`s TUCK IN process satisfactorily. The machine is equipped with the help of Indexing Cam. Therefore the operations are carried out step by step.
