It is also capable of driving brushed servomotors up to 6kW at 180 V DC. There is no upper limit to the resolution of the encoder that can be coupled to a servomotor being driven by tctech-UHU drives, the limit being decided by the maximum velocity required, encoder resolution and the max possible stepping rate of 200 kHz. A free drive-tuning software tunes the drives to any servomotor selected by the user. Proportional, Integral, Derivative and higher order. Tuning software can programme Proportional, Integral, Derivative and higher order products. Maximum tracking error, maximum torque, motor inertia are also user programmable. Pre-tuned sets of servomotor are provided with the servo drive to make the work of the first time user easy. The servo drives have several applications including CNC machines, SPMs, precision motion applications and custom application.
