Delta has got two ranges of AC Servo Systems for most of the applications. ASDA-A Series is the latest entrant in the family .The details of Delta Servo System is given below.

Delta ASDA series AC SERVO SYSTEM has both single & three phase 220VAC with the range for single phase varying from 100Watt to 1.5KW maximum whereas three phase varying from 100Watt to 3KW maximum. The motor can be either with or without Brake with the feedback resolution of 10000ppr. Many of these rating systems have built-in Regenerative Resistor with a maximum of 500KPPS input pulse frequency. Delta ASDA series AC SERVO SYSTEM has two different systems ASDA-A & ASDA-B series which provides a complete range of Functionality suitable for a wide variety of applications. Delta AC Servo System is equipped with different control modes like Position/Speed/Torque modes & three dual modes to satisfy the applications requirement. For the smooth functioning of the Motor there are Smoothing Strategy & the inbuilt Auto Tuning mode makes the Servo System adjust itself as per the Mechanical arrangements. Delta`s one system having a Handheld programmer & the other with built-in display unit gives a glimpse of functioning of the system & the keypad makes the various setting easier & quicker, hence reducing the time. Delta Servo System has a built-in High speed DSP which provides a rapid & excellent performance. And the added advantage of MODBUS communication makes it more versatile for use & controlling. Delta make Servo System has a superior resonant suppression capability which enhances the system responsiveness. With the enhancement in the technology of these systems the motor settling time has also reduced from one system to other. The programmable Digital Input & Digital Output feature of Delta ASDA Servo System is an added advantage which makes the Servo System more useful in wide range of applications. Delta ASDA-A series has the powerful position control function built-in for point-to-point single axis control function with 8 internal memorized position settings and the jog mode & position teaching mode enhancing its level of easiness.

Window based software of the Servo Drive make the setting & handling of its program easier & comfortable for diagnosis. The software has the Graphical display of internal signals. This software makes the Parameter management easier, with the detailed explanation of the parameters & a calculation tool which helps in calculating the internal pulse number automatically.
