Product Profile of Single Girder Cranes
ElectroMech offers Single Girder Cranes. ElectroMech specializes in engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of wire rope hoists, EOT and Goliath cranes, and customized material handling solutions. The Single Girder crane is available on the basis of shed dimensions and lifting. The crane is either in Hand Operated Trolley or in electrically operated Trolley. Wire Rope Hoists is used on these cranes [the economical EL Series or the high end ABUS series]. This crane is built with Squirrel Cage Induction Hoisting Motors with fail safe brakes for Hoisting, Cross Travel as well as Long Travel.
Single Girder Cranes has the following specifications:
Offers safe working load range from 250 kg to 32,000 kg
6m to 36 m spans.
Offers in different standards like M5, M7, M8 as per IS 3177 / IS 807. Is also available as per FEM, DIN, BS or any other applicable international standards
The crane control system works either from floor through pendant bottom or optionally through radio remote control.
Brakes are made for Hoisting, Cross Travel & Long Travel Motions.
Power Supply is carried out for Hoist & Cross Travel through Hoist Trailing Cables / Drag Chain& for Crane through Shrouded Bus Bars / Trailing Cable / MS Angle Iron Conductors / Bare Copper Conductors.
