This extra heavy duty of Carpet Sewing Machine can sew an 8mm stitch to completely cover the edge of material being used. Single Needle Carpet Binding Sewing Machines can also be modified to sew a 12 mm stitch to give carpets the curved-line sewing stitch. Special order machines can be set to provide the 12 mm binding around the edges of the carpet.
