Single Phase DC to DC Solid State Relay has the following features:

Input : 3-32VDC

Output : 55VDC, 200VDC, 500VDC 50Amp, 100Amp, 15Amp, 25Amp, 07Amp, 14Amp

rDS [on] has positive temperature co- efficient which aids in parallel power device and negative temperature co-efficient of trans conductance. So less susceptible for thermal run way.

Power increase with case temperature increase

Junction temperature increases with rDS will increase

Switching speed is inherently faster

No need to derating power handling capacity

Turn On/off time more than 10 mili second than trasient thermal resistance is one.
